God promises that His Holy Spirit, Who now dwells within you as His temple, will "illuminate" you as you read His Word. He will make Its Words come to life before your eyes. He will give you an understanding you never had before. If your profession in surrendering your life to Jesus is real, you will now, automatically, find yourself wanting to read the Bible every day; It is your spiritual food and sustenance at all times. It will give you a new view on life you've never known!
